There are two orientations in UCLA. The regular orientation is
catered for students in already in America and usually starts in July or
August. However, the admission office has postponed the last session to just
before the school starts so that international students can attend it. It is
therefore advisable to attend the last session unless you want to come here
earlier.
Yet, you are still required to attend New International Students and Scholars Orientation (NISSO).
